Lake Fest 2005 event (April 8 thru the 10th) at Firebird Lake.

Is anyone heading to this event? I will be there with my fiance and 2 other couples for the weekend. It would be cool to hook up for a beer or 6. :good

Nope, with the big trip to Vegas the next weekend, I don't have the scratch to do a weekend at Firebird... Friday is only $5, so with the 50.00

it's going to cost in gas, that'll be enough for the boat races this spring...

The Spring race is a lot more laid back than the Finals :cool

Only a Fin for Friday thats a bargain right there. We'll prolly crash at the place we stayed for the Finals Friday night and leave the races in the afternoon on Saturday.

Damn...I won't be there until Friday night. Â AZKC...hope to meet you Saturday. Â We usually sit in the stands down near the finish line in the first couple of rows. Here's a pic of me and my lady when we were in Costa Rica.

I just went and check room rates, I can't find a place to stay close to the track for less than a C note :eek
