I haven't really been involved with that Hot Boat thread because I don't know if I can make it. I won't even know until a few days before. I want to go though and will do all that I can to make it. Chaddyshack, do I need to send an RSVP? :confused

Right on Windy!

I think my chances are 50/50 whether or not I'll make it. Only 2 of us are authorized to close the store where I work, but I outrank the other guy. We'll close at 10 and the last guy out will leave at 11. I may get lucky though and be off as early as 7 or 8. THEN, the next issue is what time I'll work on New Year's Day, cuz I will for sure. Triple time $$$

we are going also, but won't be there at noon (unless we get up at the crack of dawn...and if we do that we'll never make it to mid-night)

I think they ought to change the starting time to a little bit later...like around 4ish...because if I start at noon, I will be asleep :sleep

(or passed out) by 8pm...

...And if most people don't start showing up until later then the begining partiers won't be 'in the mood' when it really gets swinging...that is just MHO anyone else want to comment? :;):

Yeah...noon is wayyyy too early to go to a all nite New Years party. Even if I didnt have to work I wouldnt get there that early.

You guys can get there whenever Linds and Windy.. Its no problem to us... we just would like to get the folks with the trailers there early so we can get them situated in the daylight and have time to enjoy the night instead of running around. I totally understand the drive thing and we are just happy to have ya'll come on down!!!

Thanks for the info Chad. I am very much looking forward to this event. I put it on the calendar too!

I just don't know what time I can get there, so I'll probably just end up bringing munchies of some sort. (I brought a tray of brownie bites to DD's) I don't get my schedule for that night until the 27th. I'll really get involved in HB threads beginning then. Now I'll wish myself Good Luck on making it timely! :rotflmao
