Thanks. :)

The "newness" has worn off now. Got a huge rock chip in the windshield yesterday. :cry The shop will try to repair it, but if it's too big, they'll install a new one. I just hope it doesn't leak because it's a glue in. :rolleyes

It's got a 525 hp Cummins ISX and putting 1,975+ lbs of torque to the wheels. Trans is a simple 10 speed overdrive Fuller Roadranger. :)

So it shouldn't have any problems pulling your boat, right?

Damn smog controls :angry makes the engine respond like shit in low range, so I usually start out in 4th low and skip to 6th high. It's the only way to get this tub moving at a decent rate. :good

That's funny, :laugh  I worked for them three times doing the I10 Express(LA Phoenix), they called me within two weeks after I quit and promised me a deal I couldn't refuse, ok so I go along and go back right, well the promise lasts for about two weeks and them BAM they throw the worst shit runs on me that they could find, like going down town LA with a 53 footer and a long nose conventional in areas that were designed for horse and buggy and then sit for 6 hours waiting to get unloaded, and the a repeat to get loaded!. :rolleyes The third time I went back they told me "third time's a charm", well when I quit I told them "three strikes you're out" don't call again MOFO!.. :laugh  :laugh

Well I take it you haven't got a clue about truckin huh, :laugh I've pulled that hill more times that you can shake a stick at, and when you're maxed out and you come up on a rig that's going slower and you back off it's all over with, that's why you'll see a rig passing real slow, he's got it to the wood and that's as fast as he can go. And no matter what speed it is wheter it's 35mph or 50mph a two mile an hour pass is the same!.. :)

Art, although I know what you are saying, and understand why they do it, it still doesn't make it any less frusterating to be behind one of these trucks passing like that. I also know how a truck driver would respond if somebody driving something other than a semi would do the same thing in front of them.
