Went out over the weekend to plot out the area and get quotes on the setup and stuff, thought I'd take a few pics!..


Property backs right up to his back fence!.


Neighbor to the right, empty lot between us!.


Corner lot on the left!.


Neighbor across the street, building on the right on the next street is a friend of mine's shop!.


View to the left!.


Road down to the park and launch ramp a 5 minute walk, or go down the road a bit and launch at another friend's ramp!.
