Hello all, i am posting this for a friend:

Mobile Home in Sunshine Resort - California Side near the dam.  

Built in 1995 with Central Air, Carport for 3 cars, river view - $200,000

With 2 Waverunners (1995 Sea Doo 2 seater and a 2001 Yamaha 3 seater) - $206,000

With 2 Waverunners and a 1996 23.5 Eliminator - $245,000

Eliminator - 1996 23.5 Eliminator, Eagle model. Open bow with a 454, also has a ski tower and custom stereo system.

Thats a cool place would love to see more pic's just for fun, like from the deck looking at the river, and even comes with a boat, Honey where you at come look at this please????

$200,000.00 currently and on the California side? Not a good deal! The market is severly depressed and you can only stay there a certain amount of days per year(all of the California side is on BLM land and therefore regulated). There are better deals to be found on this side for Trailer Park models. :say?

I keep sayin'....own your land as well as the home.  :D  $150,000 buys a newer home (2006), Private Marina priveldeges as well as only $62.50 Annual HOA due. Willow Valley Estates.  :good  :D (sorry....just had to).
