Just to keep this on topic. Went by to check it out last Monday. Really nice place and the picks don't do it justice. Didn't get to stay for the sunset as we had a dinner date in Havi. Incredible view to the west overlooking the river. I'm just guessing some absolutely beautiful sunsets year round.

The sunsets are spectacular.

Going out this weekend to meet with another realtor. Most likely will be re-listed again at a reduced price.
