Spoke with the Realtor the other day. We've lowered the price to certainly well below .50cents on the dollar.  :rolleyes

There was actually some people looking at the place recently....that's a good sign.

We use vacationrentals.com and the cabin rental pays about 80% of the mortgage on a yearly basis.....

Just would hate to see you lose it at the bottom just when things appear to be beginning to recover......

I had my renters at the lake house skip out on me last month, but just signed new ones at full price....... There will be interest out there!

Professionals are telling me there is a lot of pent up demand waiting for the results of the Nov 2 elections........

Funny thing about the new renters......

They are moving here from.... Ohio!!!
