Our cabin has had a couple of rough years, but it is already rented out for 6 months in 2011 already.......and the beach house in Pacific beach has an offer in at 125% of asking price from its current renter to buy.....We have 3 renters lined up for about 800.00/month more than the mortgage so we may just keep that one........ :love

Just sayin' things are getting better sporatically (sp?)..... but getting better none the less......... :jumpie

Also, our rental here in Mesa has gained 6.6% in October according to Zillow, but who knows how accurate those clowns are....

It does seem that things are getting better here and there, hopefully they will pick up everywhere as the economy recovers...... :good

In any case I think we are closer to being on our way out of this freakin' mess than in...

We can only hope.....

I have added on 5 more years to get to my retirement because of it.... :banghead
