Can you hold it and maybe rent it for a few years? Â My rental is giving me $400.00 Positive cash flow on a 2 year lease....I'm going to hold it until 2013, then turn it and go sailing...... |
I've thought about renting. Problem is that in that area ,the rents are going for lower than what my payment is to the home equity line. I create a negative cash flow, and still have to come up with the balance of the payment. Combine the neg cash flow with the fact that I have some idiot in there destroying my beautiful home........no thank you. Â
I do like your plan though!!

The neg cash flow isn't that small. It would be half again as much as I could get for the place in rent.
Bottom line is this.....I would rather take a bath and walk away, than watch my place go to hell in a hurry with some renter who has no pride of ownership. I can always do it again in the future if I choose to.......and a lot closer to Havi next time!!

Not off hand, I do know of a really smart guy that is also a babe magnet.
Pulling weeds, not a focking chance. Refer back to "really smart guy" above. He's an excellent supervisor though. Has lots of experiance pointing out ones you might have missed.
