of the bellows going south ?? the boat is a '99 with an Alpha gen II.  When I was able to get the boat to water a couple weeks a go I got about 2 gallons of water out of it when I pulled the plug after only being in the water about an hour and a half. Whats a good way to check the bellows?? What is the life span of the bellows?? what ells can it be?? The bilge was dry after running it before the lake trip.

Kind of what I thought. Well I know how to pull the drive and I might as well replace the gimble while I'm at it. The way things have been going this summer, this does not surprise me.  :banghead   Well I got all winter to fix it all.  :cry
